Open Account, then Reports. Pick one business or several, and a window: Today, 7 days, or 30 days.
Paid take
How much your customers paid in the window, and how many paid tickets that was. It's split by channel (pickup, visit, bookings, classes) and by day. Tips sit beside paid take and are not included in it.
Heads up
This is money received from customers, not what lands in your bank. Fees come out before payout, and payouts arrive on their own schedule.
Top items
What sold best, and just as useful, what didn't sell at all. If something's been on offer for a month without a single sale, this is where you'll notice.
Rush hours
Your busiest hour and busiest day of the week. Handy for working out the rota.
Unpaid
Everything that was placed but never paid. Open unpaid is still sitting there waiting for a checkout. Canceled unpaid was closed without payment. If that number creeps up, it's worth a chat with the team.
