ServeSlate turns a food menu, service list, or class schedule into a live digital link for orders, bookings, and class signups. Drafts stay private until you publish on an eligible paid plan. AI import and translation may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing prices, descriptions, allergens, health notices, disclaimers, and all other content before making it public.

You are responsible for account and staff credentials, activity performed through your account, and having the rights and permissions needed for the content and customer information you provide. You keep ownership of your content and give Codenary a limited license to host, process, reproduce, translate, and publicly display it only as needed to operate ServeSlate. Do not use ServeSlate for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect customers, Codenary, the service, or other users.

Free allows one business live. Plus removes the ServeSlate fee. Pro allows up to five businesses live. Current features and prices are listed on Pricing. Codenary is the merchant of record for ServeSlate subscriptions. For customer payments, Stripe processes the card. On a free account, ServeSlate receives a 1% ServeSlate fee on customer card payments. A subscription has no ServeSlate fee. The business can add that 1% to the customer’s total. Cancel auto-renew under Account → My Subscription; paid access continues through the current period and a 24-hour billing-status grace window. Customer-payment proceeds are sent to your connected payout account after the ServeSlate fee and Stripe's card processing fees. Refunds, disputes, processing costs, and payout timing may affect the amount or timing of a payout.

Customers use the published list in a browser without installing an app. A business may collect payment in full, take a deposit, or let customers pay when they arrive. The business is responsible for confirming orders, bookings, class attendance, refunds, availability, taxes, and fulfillment according to its settings and applicable law.

How we handle personal information is described in Privacy. ServeSlate is provided on an available basis and may change, pause, or experience errors. To the extent permitted by law, Codenary is not responsible for indirect losses, business decisions, customer-provided information, or inaccurate content that a business publishes or accepts from AI.
