What a card payment costs.

On a free account, customer card payments carry a 1% ServeSlate fee. A subscription has no ServeSlate fee. You can add the 1% to the customer's total at checkout.

Stripe's card processing fees are extra and come out of your payout.

How many businesses can I publish?

Free and Plus each put one business live. Pro puts up to five live. More than that is a custom quote.

Which plan includes orders, bookings, and class signups?

Orders, bookings, class signups, customer payments, and reports are included on Free.

How much AI import is included?

Free includes 5 AI imports a month. Plus and Pro include unlimited AI import.

Is customer translation included?

Customers can translate a published list on every plan. Prices, choices, times, and capacity stay unchanged.

What does customer payment cost?

On a free account, ServeSlate charges a 1% ServeSlate fee on customer card payments. A subscription has no ServeSlate fee. You can add the 1% to the customer's total. Stripe's card processing fees are additional and come out of the payout. Cash is not charged. Pay-on-arrival transactions are not charged through the live list.

Can I cancel a paid subscription?

Yes. Cancel auto-renew under Account → My Subscription. Paid access continues through the current billing period.
