Shared tools

Built to support every business.

Import, translate, share, update, and accept customer payments while keeping daily activity connected to your dashboard.

Skip manual data entry

Take a photo of your printed menu, price list, or schedule, drop a PDF, or paste an existing link. Import turns it into an editable draft so you don't type from scratch.

  • Import from a photo, PDF, document, or public web link
  • Review categories, names, prices, descriptions, and ingredients
  • Edit anything yourself before customers see it

Instant translation for your guests

Visitors can view your items and descriptions in their own language right on their phone, while your original prices and source text stay untouched.

  • Translate category names, item names, descriptions, and ingredients
  • Keep prices, choices, times, and capacity unchanged
  • Translations save alongside your source list for instant loading

Flexible customer payments

Pay on their phone, with QR pay, on a card reader, or when they arrive. Online, QR, and card-reader payments go to your payout account.

  • Full payment or a deposit when they order, book, or sign up
  • QR pay and a card reader at the desk
  • One payout account for every business you manage

A clean dashboard for your day

Manage staff, chair availability, class rosters, and incoming orders without digging through text messages and emails.

  • Start on a Today page with a setup checklist and anything that needs a reply
  • Track food orders, bookings, attendance, cancellations, and no-shows
  • See customer payments, popular items, and busy periods for each business

One link for your bio, Google, print, and screens

Put the link on Google, a tabletop QR code, printed handouts, or cast it to a wall screen. Update a price once and it updates everywhere.

  • One permanent link and high-resolution QR code
  • Views for print handouts, wall TVs, and a QR card for every table
  • Changes to hours, prices, and booking rules go live instantly when saved

Match the page to your brand

Start from a template made for your kind of business, or pull colors straight from your logo. Printed copies format cleanly for paper.

  • Save your colors and type once, then apply them to every business you run
  • Download a link preview, a square post, and a story image in your colors
  • Looks sharp on phone screens, tablets, wall displays, and paper

Easy for customers on a phone

Customers order, book, or sign up in a few taps without an app or an account. They always know what they picked and what happens next.

  • Pick a day from the next two weeks and a morning, afternoon, or evening time
  • Sold-out items stay visible and marked, so nothing disappears without a reason
  • Follow an order from received to ready, with directions and a call button one tap away

Your team never misses a new order

Order and booking screens chime for new activity, show a count in the browser tab, and keep the screen awake while you work.

  • Staff see who is next on their phone and confirm or finish it in one tap
  • Table numbers show on every order, so food goes to the right seat
  • Turn the sound off with one tap when the room needs to stay quiet

TV screens that run themselves

Open one link on any smart TV. Show your list with photos and prices, or a live board: order numbers at the counter, today's classes in the lobby, or open times for walk-ins.

  • Pick a board, split, showcase, or photo grid layout for your list, in landscape or portrait
  • Live boards update on their own and never show customer names
  • Spread a long list across up to four TVs, and show breakfast or late-night food only when you serve it

A business page, not just a list

Add a cover photo, a one-line tagline, your popular items, your team, and an about section. Turn each block on or off and put them in the order you want.

  • Post a short note like "Closed Monday" that goes live without publishing
  • Customers see whether you are open now, straight from your hours
  • A checklist shows what to add next, like photos, a tagline, or your cancellation policy

Pictures ready to post

Download a square post and a story for Instagram and Facebook, made from your page. Your logo, a photo, a few items with prices, and your link, in your colors.

  • Square post and story sizes, ready to upload
  • Shared links show the same branded preview in WhatsApp, iMessage, and Facebook
  • Publish a change and download again for fresh images

Payments

Take payment the way the visit works.

Customers can pay on their phone, at the desk, or with cash. Online, QR, and card-reader payments are processed by Stripe. They need Account → Payouts.

On their phone

They pay when they order, book, or sign up. Take the full amount or a deposit. The rest stays on the same confirmation page.

QR pay at the desk

Turn the screen around. They scan and pay by card or phone wallet.

Card reader

Pair a reader in Set up › Devices. At checkout, tap Pay with card reader. Order the reader from Account › Payouts.

Cash or your own machine

Cash or other marks the ticket paid. Nothing goes through ServeSlate, so there is no fee.

Customer payments

What a card payment costs.

On a free account, customer card payments carry a 1% ServeSlate fee. A subscription has no ServeSlate fee. You can add the 1% to the customer's total at checkout.

Stripe's card processing fees are extra and come out of your payout.
