Privacy

ServeSlate is a live digital list product from Codenary Inc. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@serveslate.com.

Account information includes your name, email address, telephone number, password hash, optional logo, plan details, and payout-account status. If you add staff, we store the names, contact details, roles, schedules, and sign-in credentials needed for the staff portal.

Business information includes business details, hours, food menus, service lists, class schedules, prices, photos, ingredients, dietary tags, disclaimers, client records, package balances, and booking-waitlist entries that you create or receive.

Customer orders, bookings, and class signups may include a name, email address, telephone number, booking notes, table or pickup details, selected items or services, amounts, payment status, and timestamps. The fields collected depend on the action and the settings for that business.

We use essential cookies to keep account holders and staff signed in. On marketing and account pages, Codenary analytics may receive the page path, referrer, and anonymous visitor and session identifiers stored in the browser. Public customer list pages are excluded from that analytics beacon.

We use this information to operate accounts and staff access, publish live lists, run orders, bookings, classes, waitlists, customer records, payments and payouts, prevent abuse, and send account, security, order, booking, signup, receipt, and reminder emails. Promotional plan emails include an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing does not stop required account or transactional messages.

AI import and optional translation send the content you choose — including photos, files, URLs, or published item text — to our AI provider. AI output may be inaccurate. You review imported content before publishing, and customers may request translations of content already on the live list.

Published live pages are public at the URL you choose. Codenary is the merchant of record for ServeSlate subscriptions. For customer payments, each business is the merchant of record. On a free account, ServeSlate receives a 1% ServeSlate fee on customer card payments. A subscription has no ServeSlate fee. The business can add that 1% to the customer’s total. Customer-payment payouts are sent to the account connected under Account → Payouts. We use service providers for email delivery, AI import and translation, hosting, and essential product operations. ServeSlate does not store card numbers or payment-processor secrets, and we do not sell customer lists.

Delete the account from Account → Profile to remove your ServeSlate user record, businesses, lists, and customer order, booking, and signup records from the application database. Cancel auto-renew under Account → My Subscription before deleting a paid account. Uploaded image files may remain after account deletion and require separate removal. Codenary may retain subscription, payment, payout, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting records as required. See Terms for plan rules.

ServeSlate accounts are not directed at children under 13. Businesses that collect information about minors through classes, lessons, bookings, or other customer activity are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law.
