What your customers see
Your customers never download an app or make an account. They scan your QR code, or tap your link, and your food menu opens in their phone's browser.
Ordering
- 1They scan the QR on the counter, the window, or their table.
- 2They tap what they want and choose pickup or dine-in. If they scanned a table card, the table is already filled in.
- 3Depending on your settings, they pay now or pay at the counter.
- 4They get an order page that shows their number and updates as the order moves from Waiting to Preparing to Ready.
Paying
When they pay online, they can add a tip, and they get a receipt by email. If they need it on paper, they can print the email.
If you don't take online payments, the page simply tells them to pay when they arrive.
