What your customers see
Your customers never download an app or make an account. They scan your QR code, or tap your link, and your booking page opens in their phone's browser.
Booking
- 1They pick one or more services.
- 2They choose who they'd like to see, or Next available.
- 3They pick a day and a time. Only times that are really free show up.
- 4They add their name and email, and pay a deposit or the full amount if you ask for it.
They get an email with the details and a reminder about a day before. Their booking page lets them pay the rest, or cancel if you allow it.
Paying
When they pay online, they can add a tip, and they get a receipt by email. If they need it on paper, they can print the email.
If you don't take online payments, the page simply tells them to pay when they arrive.
