Running classes
Day opens first. Day and Week are calendars. Upcoming is the list. Tap a class to open its roster: who signed up, who's on the waitlist, and how many spots are left.
Day, Week, and Upcoming
Day is one day. The clock starts when you open, and classes that overlap sit side by side. Each block shows the class, the instructor, and how many spots are taken, like 8/12. The class on now is marked.
Week is the same calendar with one column per day.
Upcoming is the list. A closed row shows the time, the class, the instructor, and spots left.
Adding a session
- 1Tap Add a session.
- 2Pick the class, the instructor, and the start time.
- 3Check the capacity. It starts with the number you set on the class, but you can change it for this one session.
- 4To repeat it weekly, set Weeks. You can go up to 12 weeks at a time.
- 5Tap Add session.
On the day
Tap a class on the calendar, or a row on Upcoming, to open the roster. As people arrive, tap Check in next to their name. If someone doesn't show, tap No-show. If they still owe for the class, you'll see a Checkout button.
When a class is full, new signups go on the Waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist moves into the class.
Adding a walk-in
- 1Tap Walk-in.
- 2Pick the class and add their name.
- 3Tap Add signup, or Add and check out if they're paying now.
If the class is full, they go on the waitlist. Walk-ins work even when online signups are paused.
Canceling a class
Tap Cancel class on the session. It comes off the schedule and nobody else can sign up.
Heads up
People who already signed up aren't emailed about it, so let them know yourself. If the instructor is just away, think about giving the class to someone else instead.
