Waxing studio

Every area and price, before they are in the room.

A live waxing list. Guests read the prices, pick an area, and book a slot.

At the desk

Put the service list on their phone.

  • Each area is a service with a price and a length.
  • Packages and add-ons on the same list.
  • Slots and staff on Plus+.
  • Prices change when you publish, not before.

The room

Body, face, and bundles with clear minutes.

Guests choose a service from the list instead of a whispered menu at the desk. Hide a long appointment when only short slots remain.

The desk

First visit vs refill, on the line they booked.

Put the difference in the description. They accept the time before they arrive. You are not explaining the chair in the hallway.

Payments

Pay when they book

Deposit, in full from the list, or at the desk. After a deposit they can finish on the same ticket or at the desk.

Three steps

List it. Book it. Get paid.

  1. 01
    Draft services and staff
  2. 02
    Publish the list
  3. 03
    Guests book from the QR

FAQ

Straight answers

Do guests have to ask for prices at the desk?

No. Every area is on the live list with its price and length. They read it before they are in the room.

Can we sell a package of visits?

Put the package on the list as its own service. Guests book it the same way.

What happens when we raise a price?

Edit the working copy and publish. Guests see the last snapshot until then, so nothing changes mid-appointment.
