On a free account, customer card payments carry a 1% ServeSlate fee. A subscription has no ServeSlate fee. You can add the 1% to the customer's total at checkout.

Stripe's card processing fees are extra and come out of your payout.

Which plan puts my class schedule live?

Free and Plus each put one business live. Pro puts up to five live. More than that is a custom quote.

Which plan lets customers sign up for classes?

Class signups and customer payments are included on Free.

How much AI import is included?

Free includes 5 AI imports a month. Plus and Pro include unlimited AI import.

Can customers translate the class list?

Customers can translate a published list on every plan. Prices, choices, times, and capacity stay unchanged.

What do class signup payments cost?

On a free account, ServeSlate charges a 1% ServeSlate fee on customer card payments. A subscription has no ServeSlate fee. You can add the 1% to the customer's total. Stripe's card processing fees are additional and come out of the payout. Cash is not charged.

Can I cancel a paid subscription?

Yes. Cancel auto-renew under Account → My Subscription. Paid access continues through the current billing period.
