Deposit, in full from the list, or at the counter. After a deposit they can finish on the same ticket or at the counter.

Yes. Categories on one drinks list — rail, specials, food. Guests open the stick QR and move between sections.
Do they need a bar app?
No. Any phone browser. Pickup or at the table on Plus+.
When do happy-hour prices go live?
When you publish. Drafts stay in the builder so a special does not land mid-rush.
